Our Opportunities
Michigan FCA offers many job opportunities throughout the entire state. We are looking for diverse, high impact leaders who are called to SEIZE a life of significance, SHARE the love of Christ and SERVE through the lens of sports.

AREA DIRECTOR
The Area Director is responsible for growing FCA by praying and staffing the area through Ministry, Talent, Donor and Board Advancement. The Area Director works with staff and volunteers to cast vision, ensure ministry, and steward finances in the ministry.
AREA REPRESENTATIVE
The Area Representative serves a local geographic area by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches, athletes and volunteers to fulfill FCA’s mission.
FIELD AMBASSADOR
The Ambassador serves 15 hours or less each week in a defined area by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission and live the FCA Values.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
An Administrative role will vary between 10-20 hours each week in a defined area. This person assists in the coordination of ministry or donor events, scheduling, and communication based on the specific needs of the area.
